North West Wedding Photographer of the Year, May 2005 |
 Southport photographer Graham Sherriff became the North West Wedding Photographer of the Year when he swept the board at this years awards ceremony of the British Institute of Professional Photography North West annual competition.
His unprecedented achievement saw him win all top four places in the wedding album section, not only winning the best album trophy, his other 3 album entries took 2nd, 3rd and 4th places. “I was particularly pleased to win this year as the competition was so very high, the region has some of the best wedding photographers in the country. It’s always great to win any competition but it’s very special to do so well in the wedding album section as each album contains so many images which must all be to the same very high standard.” He was also runner up in two other wedding categories earning him the most points to make him overall North West Wedding Photographer of the Year. Graham also recently won the Mario Acerboni Creative Wedding Photography Award organised by the British Institute and the Master Photographers Association. |
